Re: STUDENT NUMBERS

It has been observed that the payment made by certain students who enrolled or paid ONLINE have not been credited properly because their student numbers have not been reported correctly. Only ten spaces are recognized by the banks. For this reason, the hyphen between the four digits of the year of entry and the six digits that follow should be deleted (e.g. 2009-000001 to 2009000001)

Students should be advised that for all transactions that require the student number, the ten digits should be entered without the hyphen.
